Club House & Banquet Facilities
Our beautiful banquet facilities can accommodate small and large groups at a reasonable price. Our dining room has 2,000 sq feet and is surrounded on three sides with windows that provide a beautiful view of the golf course. A covered porch off one side of the room provides additional space, weather permitting. We can seat up to 170 people with convenient free parking provided on site.
You may choose your own caterer or select one from a pre-approved list maintained by the Manager. If you choose your own caterer, the person, or company, you select must sign an agreement with us, provide proof of insurance, and agree to certain fees depending on whether they use our kitchen for food preparation or clean-up and whether they use our table service.
We have 12 eight (8) foot tables, 12 six (6) foot tables, 4 –six(6) round tables that seat 6 each, and 130 chairs. Requirements over and above that number, or any other special needs, must be rented at your expense.
Room rental rates are $400 for Saturdays during the months of June, July, and August; $300 during the remaining months. The rates for Sunday through Friday are $3.00 per person with a minimum of $100 and a maximum of $250. Rates are for a maximum of 6 hours of usage unless prearranged with the Club Manager. Additional hourly charges may apply to usage above six hours and/or beyond 12 a.m.
We provide full bar service at a cost of $15 per hour per bartender with a minimum of 3 hours. Our license does not permit anyone other than Nittany Country Club to purchase or serve wine, beer, and/or liquor. The number of bartenders needed depends upon the number of persons attending your event. If you require a bar or special type of wine or spirits, such as champagne or fine wine, you must request this at least 15 days prior to your event.
A room deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit is $400 for Saturdays during the months of June, July and August and $300 for all other Saturdays. Deposits for days other than Saturdays are equal to you estimated room rentals (see above for room rentals rates). This is a non-refundable deposit unless you cancel 180 days prior to your scheduled event.
Full payments are required at the conclusion of your event. A 5% surcharge will be added to all bills that are not paid at the conclusion of your event and on those that are paid using Visa, Master Card, or Discover. No other credit cards are accepted.
